‘Paris Study No 1’ by Philip Michael Wolfson replaces ‘Sky’ by Sally Gatie
A new community artwork has been hung on the railway embankment at Turnham Green Terrace. Paris Study No 1 by Philip Michael Wolfson was added to the ‘W4th plinth’ on Friday 30 May.
